The process is simple:- 1) Enquiry made by customer. - You can contact us by telephone, fax or email with details of the tree works desired. If the tree works are complex you can specify an appointment time where you can discuss the works and gain free professional advice from Mr Gill. 2) FREE site visit made. - Site visits are made every Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. (If this day is not suitable for you other arrangements can be made) 3) FREE verbal or written quotation supplied. - You can request to receive the quotation verbally, in writing or we can ring you. There is also the complete hassle free option of Mr Gill visiting the site throughout the day and leaving a price on a business card for you.   Once you have received your quotation we leave it up to you to decide. If the price is saisfactory you simply call our friendly office staff who will book a date for you for the tree works to be completed by our professional team.

LOCAL AUTHORITY PERMISSION REQUIRED?

Yes, if your tree(s) are covered by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or are located in a Conservation Area.  Before Mr Gill carries out a site visit we are able to determine whether the trees on your land are protected. If our quote is then satisfactory and we are chosen as your contactor, as a result of Mr Gill's experience, we are able to complete the relevant forms and gain consent for the requested tree works from the Tree Planning Officers' on your behalf. If any tree work is carried out on a protected tree without consent you will be faced with a penalty of up to £25,000.
